Whether you’re dreaming of a one-of-a-kind wedding band or a custom engagement ring, we’re here to build it with you. Our custom design journey typically takes between 4 and 5 weeks.

Initial Consultation

You will reach out to me by filling out the contact form here. I will send you an email back with follow questions and an estimate on what your custom piece will cost and the timeframe it will take to complete.

Custom Design

The next step is to choose the diamonds. I will send you a few options to choose from- along with 360 degree videos. Once we have chosen one I will send you an invoice for the cost of the diamond. After you pay the invoice, I will have the diamond shipped to House of Halo so I can inspect it and send you a video so you can see it on a hand. My designer will start the CAD design. A CAD is a computerized rendering of what the piece of jewelry will actually look like based on the diamond we choose. Every detail is customizable! Once we have made whatever changes you would like to make you will approve the CAD design.

Pieces without diamonds, pieces with many small diamonds, or solid gold chains.

If your piece doesn’t require us choosing a center stone such as an eternity band or solid gold chain, I will send an invoice for a $100 non-refundable deposit in order to get started. This will allow me to purchase your CAD design. We will make whatever changes you would like. Then you will approve the CAD for production.

Collect Remaining Balance

Once you have approved the CAD design I will send you an invoice for the remaining balance for your piece. Once you have paid it, we will start production right away! Please note invoices should be paid within 48 hours upon receiving. Gold prices are fluctuating so much that I won’t be able to guarantee the quote we agreed upon after that time frame. I will communicate with you if there are any changes to the balance.

Final Product

It takes 4-5 weeks for your custom piece to be made. But it is well worth the wait to have a gorgeous, completely custom piece of fine jewelry that didn’t cost a fortune!
