    1. Reach out - we will go over all your ring ideas! We will take a look at inspo pics, metal options, and diamond choices to figure out exactly what you’re loving, and I’ll give you a quote.

    2. Deposit – A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to officially start your ring!!

    3. Design Finalization – We will create a CAD for your jewelry and make sure we’ve nailed the design and that you’re in love with every detail before moving forward.

    4. Collect remaining balance- Once you have approved the CAD design I will send you an invoice for the remaining balance of your jewelry so I can start production.

    5. Crafting the Magic – Your custom design will go into production right away. Customs take about 4-5 weeks to complete.

    6. Final Approval & Shipping Once completed, your jewelry will be quality checked and shipped to you with insured 2 day shipping.

  • Yes! Fill out the contact form letting me know what kind of stone you are looking for and I will source it for you. We charge the cost of the stone plus a sourcing fee.

  • The only difference is their origin. Physically, chemically, and optically, they are identical. If you put them side-by-side, even a professional jeweler cannot tell them apart without specialized laboratory equipment.

  • Turnaround Time: Timeline & Delivery "Each custom House of Halo design is handcrafted with precision and care. Please allow 4 to 5 weeks from the date of design approval for your piece to be completed. We will keep you updated throughout the process as your vision comes to life."

    Response Time: Monday-Friday you can expect a response within 24 hours from your initial message. If you reach out during the weekend, expect a response by the end of the day on Monday.
