Warranty Policy

One-Year Limited Manufacturing Defect Warranty

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry.

All jewelry purchased from us is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects that are determined to be the result of the original manufacturing process, including:

    •    Defective metal or soldering

    •    Structural issues related to craftsmanship

    •    Loose stones caused by a manufacturing defect

If a covered defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

    •    Repair the item at no charge, or

    •    Replace the item with a comparable piece if repair is not possible

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

    •    Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, thinning metal, worn finishes)

    •    Loss, theft, or accidental damage

    •    Damage caused by impact, misuse, or improper care

    •    Stones lost due to wear, snagging, or impact

    •    Damage from chemicals, heat, or harsh conditions

    •    Any alterations, resizing, or repairs performed by a third party not authorized by us

Warranty Conditions

    •    This warranty applies to the original purchaser only

    •    Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

    •    All items are subject to inspection to determine warranty eligibility

    •    Shipping or delivery costs associated with warranty service may be the customer’s responsibility

Important Note

This warranty does not cover loss or theft. We strongly recommend purchasing independent jewelry insurance to protect your piece beyond manufacturing defects.

This limited warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary by state.

Return Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our work, custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-refundable.

Custom Jewelry

Custom jewelry includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom engagement rings

• Personalized designs

• Special stone sourcing

• Any item made or altered specifically to a client’s request

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Non-Custom / Ready-to-Ship Items

If applicable, non-custom, ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unworn and in original condition

• The item has not been altered or resized

• Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges & Repairs

We want you to love your piece. If there is an issue related to craftsmanship, please refer to our One-Year Limited Manufacturing Defect Warranty or contact us so we can review your concern.

Final Notes

• We do not accept returns for normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above

• Jewelry insurance is strongly recommended for protection beyond manufacturing defects
